No, you don't need to download any app or create an account. Quick Charge kiosks are designed for quick, hassle-free rentals. Simply approach any kiosk, follow the on-screen instructions, and rent your charger directly at the kiosk terminal using your credit card or mobile payment.

Pricing & Billing

Quick Charge uses a simple hourly rental model:

You're charged by the hour for the time you have the charger
A grace period (typically 15 minutes) is provided at no charge for returns

Your payment card will be charged automatically based on your rental period:

Final charge: When you return the charger, your final charge is calculated and processed
Receipt: You'll receive an email receipt with your final charges

Charges continue to accrue until the charger is successfully returned to the kiosk.

If you keep the charger beyond your expected rental period, you'll continue to be charged at the hourly rate. There's no penalty for extended rentals, but charges will continue to accrue until you return the charger. We recommend returning the charger as soon as you're finished to avoid unnecessary charges. If the charger is not returned within 30 days, you'll be charged a replacement fee.

Returns & Policies

Important Return Policy

Portable chargers MUST be returned to the SAME kiosk location where you rented them. Returns to different kiosk locations are not accepted.

To return your charger:

Go back to the exact kiosk where you rented the charger
Insert the charger into any available slot on that kiosk
Wait for confirmation that the return was successful
Your rental will end and final charges will be processed

No, chargers cannot be returned to different kiosk locations. You must return the portable charger to the same kiosk where you rented it. This policy ensures proper inventory management and prevents loss. Make sure to note which kiosk you rented from so you can return it to the correct location.

You are responsible for the charger during your rental period:

Lost charger: If the charger is not returned within 30 days, you'll be charged a replacement fee of $150
Damaged charger: If you return the charger in damaged condition due to misuse or negligence, you may be charged for repair or replacement costs
Normal wear: Regular wear and tear is expected and will not result in additional charges

If you're having trouble returning your charger:

Make sure you're at the correct kiosk (the same one where you rented)
Try inserting the charger into a different slot on the same kiosk
Check that the charger is properly aligned when inserting

If you still can't return the charger, contact our 24/7 support team for immediate assistance. We can help troubleshoot or make alternative arrangements.

If your charger isn't working properly:

Check that you're using the correct cable for your device
Make sure the cable is fully inserted into your device
Try pressing the power button on the charger to activate it
Check if your device shows that it's charging

If the charger still doesn't work:

Return the defective charger to the kiosk where you rented it
Rent a different charger from the same kiosk
Contact support to report the issue and request a refund for the defective unit

Yes, you can rent multiple chargers if you need to charge multiple devices or share with friends. Each rental is processed as a separate transaction with its own charges. Simply complete one rental transaction, then start another to rent additional chargers. Each charger must be returned individually to the same kiosk where it was rented.
